Athletic Directors and Coaches:
Thank you to all who submitted the survey earlier this month regarding district tennis entries. That information helped us plan for the events to come.
It is now time to complete the actual entry process to enter your student athletes in the district tennis matches. We will be using a new process this year in the TMS system which is outlined in the information found below. Additional information is also available on the TENNIS Landing page on the TAPPS website. As a reminder, each student may only enter one line for the tournament (singles or doubles, not both) and your seeding information should be entered in the remarks section for each student.
Double check that all students are listed on your Tennis Roster in TMS and enter any seeding information available including current season results, UTR or other rankings for each player in the remark section next to each student’s name. Please note each student as ‘A’ or ‘B’. Singles A should be your best singles player and Doubles A your best doubles team. If no information is provided, the player will be assigned by blind draw.
